General purchase conditions

Contract scope

The General sailing conditions are valid for all Alpinna products though its website to orders that can can be delivered in Spain.

Alpinna reserves the right to cancel the acces account if the company detects fraudulence or speculative in the use of this service.

Price

Prices applicable are listed on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each product including VAT (Value Added Tax). The shipping expenses are indicated to the customer after making the order. Alpinna reserves the right, at any time and without notice, tomake any change and can update, even daily, products and prices depending on the innovations that are appearing.

Payments

All purchases can be paid by credit Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American expres®, aurora® card, bank account and PayPal® system. In any case, the payment method is selected in the screen during the purchase process.

The customer must notify Alpinna any improper or fraudulent charge to the card used for purchases, by email (info@alpinna.com) or telephone (619.28.23.25) as soon as possible so you can make the Alpinna arrangements.

Additionally providers or issuers of payment fraud prevention measures can be taken, involving the rejection of certain types of operations. Alpinna is not responsible for implementing this type of security policies.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are incidents regarding their supply or if there are no items in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and we will proceed torefund any amount that would have been paid.

Delivery

The delivery will be made in the adress indicated by the customer, which can be different fromhis/her residence. In any case the identification of the costumer or any other authorised person is required. Its also required to sign the delivery note.

The shipping deadline fixed in the website is merely indicative. However, Alpinna wil give all his best to respect the shipping times, either the company is not responsable if it is exceeded.

Changes and refunds (if the product has some tare or defect)

For orders delivered in Spain

You have a period of 15 working days from the reception date to return it and / or to change it.Changes are only avaiable for other products that do not exceed the amount paid by inicial articles. Please contact our Customer Service Department at: info@alpinna.com

For orders delivered outside of Spain (U.S):

Only refunds are admitted, changes are not possible. Please contact our Customer Service Department at: info@alpinna.com

Guarantee of products purchased

The contractual guarantee offered is established in "Reial decret 1/2007" of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

Alpinna will answer the nonconformity to the manifest within a period of two years from the product delivery, the customer has to inform Alpinna of the nonconformity within a period of two months from the disagreement.

Alpinna will attend your request as soon as possible and, in any case, before a period of one month. In case your request is not satisfactorily resolved, you can access the extrajudicial conflict resolution system given below.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to Spanish law. The parts are submitted, at its election, to resolve conflicts and renounce to any other jurisdiction, the courts of the registered user.
